Sincere condolences to Edna's family. She was a classmate at North Syracuse High School.

Except for a chance meeting at the Hastings Fire Department bingo night several years ago, we had not seen each other for many, many years.

She, obviously, has left a wonderful legacy of memories for her family.

Please accept our deepest condolences in the loss of your beautiful momma. Thinking back to more than 40 years ago, I can picture a few meals spent at your home and I recall your mom as very doting, very involved and an excellent cook! My favorite dish she prepared, was a chicken and rice dish that I have never been able to quite replicate, but I can still remember the flavor to this day!

I'm so very sorry to hear that she suffered in the grips of altzheimers. What an incredible robber that disease is! I do hope that memories of happier days can fill your hurting hearts.

The obituary you all prepared is such a wonderful tribute to her, showing her commitment to family, community and her faith. I'm sure she would be very proud of all of you.

Im so sorry for the loss of my Aunt/Godmother. I remember many happy days spent at her house during holidays and summers. I remember her being always full of life and constantly on the move. One thing for sure, you always knew where you stood with her as she generally didn't mince words and with a simple look or glance you knew as well. I know she'll be missed but I also know she's with the angels smiling down.
