My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Babcock family. Although I only had the pleasure to know Art for three years I am proud to call him my friend! I always was there to assist him in anyway possible with his code enforcement duities. We shared some of lifes stories and always made each other laugh and smile. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure to know him.
