LewAnn M. Beardslee
December 8, 2021

LewAnn Beardslee, 65, of North Port, Florida; passed away peacefully on December 8, 2021, surrounded by her loving husband and two children.

Born LewAnn Marion Popp on March 1, 1956, she grew up in Parish, New York, andwas a class of 1974 graduate from Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central Schools. She was employed by the Department of Social Services, Mexico, NY before joining her husband in retirement and relocating to Florida.

She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and friends, and never shied away from a rousing game of Bunco or Bingo.

LewAnn was preceded in death by her father, Richard L. Popp.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 41 years, William Beardslee of North Port, Florida; children
Nicholas (Teresa) Beardslee of Mexico, NY; Meredith (Rob) Cushman of Hendersonville, TN; mother Marion Popp of Parish, NY; brother David (Joe) Popp of Punta Gorda, FL; sister Lori (Eric) Behling of Mexico, NY; her five grandchildren, Cadence, Addelyn, Michael, Elliott, and Alan; as well as her aunts, uncles, nieces and
nephews.

A Celebration of LewAnn's Life will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the Celebration.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in LewAnn’s honor to the Mexico Volunteer Fire Department, located at 3284 Main Street, Mexico, NY.
