David Allen Manro, 80, of Central Square, NY; passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Loretto in Syracuse, NY.
He was born on December 8, 1938 in Oswego, NY to Philip and Edith Manro.
David is survived by, his son, David Manro, Jr. of Huber Heights, OH; his companion, Janet Dougherty, of Central Square, NY; his former wife, Ruth Anderson, of Huber Heights, OH; two grandsons and a great grandchild, all whom reside in California; his brother, Charles (Susan) Manro, of Baldwinsville, NY; and his niece and nephew.
David was a graduate of Penn State University and worked in Syracuse, NY, Green Bay, WI, and Stockton, CA, selling and working with diesel engines and generating equipment. Before his retirement, he owned his own company, Prime Power Generation.
Per David’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. Funeral arrangements are in the trusted care of the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9525 S. Main Street, Brewerton, NY.
