Beulah M. Barnes, 95 of Fulton passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She was born in Angola, NY. She was the Daughter of the late Frank M. and Catherine Chrisman Williams. She lived in Adams and graduated from Adams High School. She married Robert C. Barnes in 1947 and then moved to Mexico. She moved to Palermo in 1979. She was a member of the Palermo United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of Palermo.

Beulah is predeceased by her Husband, Robert C. Barnes in 2000.

Surviving are her Children, Myron (Robin) Barnes of Williamson, NY, Patricia (Steve) Brown of Fulton, NY, Daniel (Linda) Barnes of Newark and Alan Barnes of Fulton, NY; her grandchildren; her great-grandchildren; brother, Clifford Williams of Watertown, NY and sister, Alice Fulkerson of Fulton, NY.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY. Pastor Tammy Nipper will be officiating. Interment will be in the Mexico Village Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to call from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at the funeral home.
