William B. Fowler, 50, of Oswego, NY; died on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at his home. He was a Heavy Machine Operator for Novelis.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Fowler, of Mexico, NY; and his Father Bruce (Vicki) Fowler, of Oswego, NY.

Friends and family are invited to call from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2020 at the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY.

All services will be held within the guidelines recommended by the CDC and the NYSFDA. Masks will be required for all entering the funeral home and social distancing measures will be strictly enforced.
