Thomas S. Hughes, 63, of Mexico, NY; passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021; as a result of complications related to COVID-19.

He worked as a Machinist and worked at many local machine shops in the area. He also spent 10 years working as a Machinist in North Carolina. Tom liked GM Vehicles especially Corvettes and Camaros. He enjoyed exercise and walks around the Village were part of his regiment.

Tom is survived by his parents, Michael and Ernestine Hughes; his brother, Dennis (Sandy) Hughes; two sisters, Micki Hughes and Robin Manwaring; along with uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery, Parish, NY. Please wear a mask. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Mexico, NY.
