On Tuesday October 15th Shirley A. Recuparo passed away at age 57.

Shirley was born on November 10, 1961 in Syracuse, NY. Shirley enjoyed spending her time with her grandchildren. They would go for walks and bike rides. Shirley was a kind and compassionate woman always putting others needs before her own. Her smile would light up the room and would be greatly missed.

She is survived by her estranged husband Daniel W. Recuparo and their daughters Ciji A Phillips(Brian Phillips Sr); Aura Recuparo (Philip Jandrew); 6 grandchildren Ariana, Brandon, Brian, Rian, Nathan and Alex; 5 siblings Thomas Rhodes, Willie Rhodes, Thelma Rhodes,Sandra Rhodes and Christine Rhodes. Many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Thelma A. (Bastedo) Rhodes Willie Rhodes.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2019 from the Lighthouse Church, 11 S. Jefferson Street, Mexico, NY. A calling hour will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
