Sam was always a ray of sunshine. He had the biggest heart and was just so full of love and kindness for everyone. He was always a such good friend to my kids and it warmed my heart to see the joy he brought to his mom. Shannon always lit up like a Christmas tree when she spoke of him. I send SO MUCH LOVE to the entire family and all who had the joy to know Sam. He changed who I am as a teacher, and a person! His smile! Every time I bring salad to school (which can be often) I remember him telling me, “You eat like a rabbit. You are going to become one.” And then that smile and laugh. He is forever in my heart. I’m sorry and wish I had better words to encourage you!
