Roxanne M. Cole, 61, of Phoenix, NY; passed away on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse, NY. She was born in Fulton, NY; daughter of the late Raymond and Marilyn Cronk Cole. She worked at Schoeller Tech Paper.

Roxanne is survived by her sons, Michael and Shawn Cole and her three grandchildren.

A Celebration of Roxanne's Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY.
