Ronald S. Campbell, 68 of Phoenix NY; passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022, in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY, with his loving wife Margaret at his side .

Ron was a graduate of Mexico Academy and Central Schools. He went on to be an over the road truck driver and eventually the Owner/Operator of Ronald Campbell Trucking, from which he retired .

Ron enjoyed camping, watching NASCAR, NY Yankees, SU basketball and football. He loved his television.

He was predeceased by his parents Alice and Milton and his son Nicholas , and most recently by his beloved dog “Piper”.

Ron is survived by his loving wife Margaret; his children Ronald, Carrie(Dee), and Andrew(Laurie); siblings Ken(Grace), Tom(Val), Donna, Diane, JR(Eleanor), David, and Keith; his stepchildren Erika, Dan, Kassie, Fred, Anna, Jacob, Alex, Michael and Johnathan; along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews .

Funeral Services will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Relatives and Friends are invited to call from 12 pm to 1 pm at the funeral home, prior to the service.

This little boy has been battling the same disease as Ron and was such an inspiration for him throughout his 6 month battle.
