Richard Phelps Jr, 73, of New Haven, NY; passed away on Saturday, August 14th, 2021 at his home.
He was born in Oswego, NY. Dick worked for Laborers Local 214. He was a member of Fulton VFW Post 569.

He was predeceased by his parents.

Dick is survived by his wife, Elaine; his children Lori (Kris)Grow and Richard (Melanie) Phelps III; His grandchildren: Kristopher (Jamie) Grow, Brittany Phelps, Jacob Phelps and Brandon Grow; his great-grandchildren: Elijah Phelps and Emersyn Grow; brothers Ron (Kathy) Phelps and John Phelps of New Haven, NY; along with several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be celebrated at 11 am, Wednesday, August 18th at Vermilion Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Mexico, NY

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dick’s memory may be made to Oswego County Hospice.
