Rexford LaRock, 47, passed away unexpectedly on January 31, 2020 as a result of injuries sustained from a snowmobile accident. He died doing what he loved. He was born April 7, 1972 on the Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base in Jacksonville, NC. He was the owner and operator of a very successful contracting company, LaRock Builder’s based in North Carolina, and was a member of the Sherriff’s Business Association in Huntersville, NC as well as the NRA. Rex was a light in the lives of many. He enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with his family, and spent each day living life to the fullest. Rex was a great man who always strived to be the best he could be, showed great compassion to others, and dedicated his time doing what made him happy. He was loved by many and continues his legacy of helping others through his death by being a tissue and organ donor. He will be missed by all those who were lucky to have known him.

Rex is survived by his mother Florencia Nichols and husband Dan, father Philip LaRock and wife Maria, brother Philip and wife Jill, sister Jennifer, brother Richard and fiancé Candice, sister Samantha and husband Will, sister Diana and husband Brandon, along with Six nieces and two nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Friends and family are invited to call from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
