Raymond A. McKee, 92, of Mexico, NY; died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Bishop Commons in Oswego, NY. Ray was born in Mexico, NY; son of the late Frank and Elvena Gardner McKee. He retired from Sealright of Fulton, NY as a Sheet Metal Worker. He was a First-Class Radioman in the United States Navy, serving in World War II and Korea from 1943 – 1954. He was a life member of the Edick-Hamlink Post #369 VFW in Mexico, NY and the Russell Horning Post #601 The American Legion in Parish, NY. He was a member of the National LSM Association and the Tin Can Sailors. He was pre-deceased by his wife Geraldine Watson McKee, in 2016.

Ray is survived by, his son, Frank D. McKee, of Mexico, NY; daughters, Pamela Hamer and Ann Meyer, both of Mexico, NY; and two grandchildren, Andrew and Chelsey Meyer.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2019 from the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY. Spring Interment with full Military Honors will be in the Spring. Friends and family are invited to call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the funeral home.
