Matthew L. Baratier
September 4, 2023
Matthew Lewis Baratier, born August 16, 1961 passed away at Upstate University Hospital September 4, 2023. Matthew graduated from Mexico High school , he went on to becoming the owner and operator of "Texas Door Company". He enjoyed being outside, fishing and hunting.
Matthew was predeceased by his parents Caroline Baratier and Ronald Baratier, also his brother Mark Baratier and sister Michelle Pace.
He is survived by his children, Cali Baratier(daughter) Leland Baratier (son) and Amelia Baratier( daughter). He is also survived by his siblings Renee Baratier (sister), Douglas Baratier (brother), and Bradley Baratier (brother) and grandson Elliot Thomas.
Funeral Services will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from the First United Methodist Church of Mexico. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the church from 1 to 2 p.m. preceding the service. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Mexico, NY.
