Mark Stephen Lougee, 66, of Mexico, NY; died Thursday, January 16, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He was born in Hartford, CT; son of the late, Ralph and Frances Kersavage Lougee. Mark was an Army Veteran, serving from 1972-1975. He was an Insulator with the Local #30, Syracuse, NY. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. Mark loved the mountains.

Mark is survived by, his wife, Mary Chorley Lougee; two sons, Adam M. (Laura) Lougee of Albany, NY and Jacob D. (Denise) Lougee, of Baldwinsville, NY; a daughter, Sarah J. (Blake) Southall, of Gallatine, TN; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Roger Lougee, of PA and Gary Lougee, of Winthrop, NY; and a sister, Donna Drescher, of Fairhope, AL.

Funeral Services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY. Spring Interment with Full Military Honors will be in the Mexico Village Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to call from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

A reception will be held following the funeral service at the First United Methodist Church of Mexico, 4372 Church Street, Mexico NY.
