In Loving Memory of Margaret J. Hooker

Margaret (Peggy) J. Perry-Skutt-Blair-Hooker, 80, of Mallory, NY; passed away in her home on Sunday, July 7, 2019. Peggy was born in Ogdensburg NY, prior to moving to Syracuse, NY as a young child. Peggy spent her life working in the healthcare field and retired from United Helpers, she really enjoyed helping others. She was an avid reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles and had a great love for bingo.

She was predeceased by her parents Leona and Loren Perry, her husband Alan Blair, husband Bud Hooker and her son Michael Skutt. Peggy is survived by her brother Willis Perry. Her children; Mark Skutt and Richard Skutt. Step Children; Patty, Penny, David, and Thomas Blair. Grandchildren; Johnathon Holmquist, Jennifer, Jessica, Brandon and Logan Skutt.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2019 from the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Interment will be in the Pleasant Lawn Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to call from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
