My Mom Mary (Fagnon)Stevens and Madonna were best friends growing up. I was named Madonna after her. She was a lovely lady and our family loved her very much.
One day we saw each other in a store and we each said hello Madonna. The people looked at us strangely and we just laughed. Madonna was not a too common name.
My Mom passed in 1991 also in October. I bet the two of them are together.
Our love to her son and brothers.
