In Loving Memory of Lona M. Piquet

Lona M. Marsden Piquet of Mexico, N.Y. passed away August 22 2019 at Upstate Hospital with her daughter Shari by her side.

She was born in Mexico N.Y. to the late Loren and Hazel Marsden. Lona was predeceased January 5,2019 by her twin Leona Marsden. She spent many years as a bus monitor for Mexico School District before she retired. Lona enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and gardening. She also loved spending her days with her dog Mercedes.

She is survived by her daughter Shari (Mark Johnson). Grandchildren Dustin (Kari) Piquet, Brandon (Felicia) Zukovsky, Zachary (Sierra) Zukovsky, Jade (Damitre) Blowers. And her great grandchildren, Cameron, Mackenzie, Anya, Finndley, Carter and Yurik.

As per her wishes no services will be held, private burial in Orwell N.Y. cemetery. A special thank you to Harter Funeral Home, Inc. and Upstate Hospital.
