Lisa M. Halsey, 50, of New Haven, NY; died on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at her home. She was born in Rome, NY; the daughter of the late Richard and Luella Hall Olin. She was a Secretary for the Mexico School District. She also worked for Oswego County as a Cleaner. She was a member of the Mexico Presbyterian Church.

Lisa is pre-deceased by her brother, Steven Olin.

She is survived by, her children, Elizabeth Taylor, Anthony Kinney, Timothy Halsey and Cheryl Halsey; along with her five grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2019 at the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY. Friends and family may call from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
