Lillian M. Harter, born June 3, 1933 passed away at the age of 89 on February 11, 2023.

Lillian enjoyed a long retirement from AT&T. She was a community minded individual. Serving on the board of trustees for the village of Parish, she the became the first woman mayor for the village. She also served on the board of the Pleasant Lawn Cemetery in Parish. Lillian was as well a long time member of the Presbyterian church.

Lillian is survived by her nephew Robert Harter his wife Elvira and her great niece Shireen. Her niece Margaret Bailey her husband Mark her great niece Meagan Frank and her great great nice Lainey Frank .

Graveside Services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2023 in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery, Parish, NY. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Parish, NY.
