Joelle N. Weber, 35, of Mexico, NY; passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 at her home. She was born on September 29, 1986 in Oswego, NY to Andy and Tina Weber Pierre.

Joelle is survived by her parents, Andy and Tina Weber Pierre; her daughter, Zyana Weber; her sister, Madison Pierre; paternal grandfather, Hugo Pierre; maternal grandparents, Roger and Eunice Weber; grandparents, Connie and Donna Whaley; her uncles, Marvin Pierre, Howard (Connie) Weber, Jim (Cathy) Weber and Scott (Pam) Whaley; her aunt, Micah (Ehren) Vaughn; along with her great aunts and uncles, several cousins and friends who loved her dearly.

Funeral Services will be celebrated Privately. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY.
