Jo D. Lowe-Russell, 72, of Central Square, NY; died on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY. She was born in the Philippines, daughter of the late Charles and Eudora Adams Cunningham. She was a Medical Secretary.

She was pre-deceased by, her son, Bryan Carroll; her second husband, Gene Lowe; and her third husband, Frank Russell.

Jo is survived by, her daughter, Nancy (Donald) Fenske, of Oswego, NY; two sons, Patrick (Aimee) Carroll, of CA and John (Romana) Carroll, of N. Syracuse, NY; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; her brother, Charles Cunningham, of CA and her first husband, Patrick Carroll, Sr.

Funeral Services will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Spring Interment will be in the Pleasant Lawn Cemetery, Parish, NY. Friends and family are invited to call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
