Jennifer Anne Bisbo, of Parish, NY; passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Oswego Hospital, Oswego, NY.
Jennifer was born on July 27, 1960. She freely gave her time and money to many causes and organizations. She loved deeply, her lord Jesus and her family. She served proudly in the Army and Army Reserves. She was a softball umpire and a member of her high school alumni color guard. She was especially proud of her degree in Accounting.

Jennifer leaves behind, to grieve her loss; her long-time partner James Johnson; her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Richard Kilts Sr.; sons, Dale Nicholas Jr., Jason Nicholas, Brandon Nicholas; her daughter, Elizabeth Bisbo; daughter in-laws, Corrin and Jamie Nicholas; her three grandchildren, Rayelle, Braxton and Sawyer; her sister, Linda Nicholas; brothers, Timothy (Pam) Kilts, Richard Kilts, Jr., Jeffery Kilts; along with a large extended family and many friends.

In order to honor her wishes, funeral services will be private. Funeral Arrangements are in the trusted care of the Harter Funeral Home, Inc., 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY.
