Jim was always a friendly man and we would often talk while he was posted at the door at Walmart. He was always cordial to everyone he greeted at the door. I am praying for you in this time. May you look to Jesus Christ for peace and comfort.

I worked at Oswego County Boces and knew you both - he would deliver for Mexico Schools . Jerry knew him from working with him at Mexico and later on we would see him at Walmart.

My deepest sympathy to Jim’s family. Jim always had a smile and hello for anyone he met.

To Jim’s family & friends, we send our deepest condolences. We loved running into Jim and chatting at Walmart & looked forward to his greetings! The last time I saw him, we were in back by the shoes. I told him I would look for socks that had leather bottoms on them to try to keep his feet warm and protected. It took a very long time, but I finally found a pair. When I called, he was in the hospital but had planned to be discharged soon. I was trying to wait not only for the weather to be good to drive up, but also for me to be safe to be and not possibly spread any germs to him.
I did call his phone recently but got no answer. I’m trying to get my van repaired now, but would have then come to visit briefly because by tomorrow I’d be considered ‘fully vaccinated’.
We are very sorry. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
