Howard Mills

Howard Mills, 86, of Fulton, NY; died Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Bishop Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Syracuse, NY. He retired from Crouse Hinds. He was an Army Veteran and a member of the Phoenix American Legion Post #418. Howard was an avid deer hunter.

He was pre-deceased by, his daughter, Cindy.

Howard is survived by, his daughters, Kathy (Tom) Duskee and Penny (Eric) Murad; brothers, Kenny and Bud; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2019 from the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Spring Interment with Full Military Honors will be in the Pleasant Lawn Cemetery, Parish, NY. Friends and family are invited to call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home, prior to services.
