Franklyn “Frank” Eugene “Mike” Sampson Jr., 63 of Williamstown, NY; passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse NY. He was born in Oswego son of the late Franklyn and Ethel (Mary) Patterson Sampson Sr. He graduated from APW High School in 1979.

In 1980 Franklyn married Regina Miller; they were married for 42 years. He grew up and worked on the Sampson farm. He worked for Syracuse Glass for 20 years, they were like a second family to him. He then owned and operated the Jamieson Corners Convenience for almost 20 years. He had a hobby for beef farming at Milson Farms. He also worked in the APW Transportation Department for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, family, the outdoors and was an extremely hard worker.

Frank was predeceased by his parents; and his brother, Carl.

Frank is survived by his wife of 42 years, Regina Miller Sampson; his children, Margaret (Weylin Schloss) Narolis, Tiffany (Michael) Kolakowski, Clinton (Mandy Weakley) Sampson; son-in-law, Benjamin Narolis; mother in law, Anne Miller; grandchildren, Logan and Levi Narolis, Brooklyn Kolakowski and Thomas and Savannah Sampson and his siblings, Karen, Barb and Gene.

Funeral Services will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Williamstown, NY. Relatives and Friends are invited to call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, April 10, at the funeral home.
