Frank D. Russell, Sr. 80, of Parish, died Monday, October 29, 2018. He was an Army Veteran and worked as an Iron Worker.
Frank is survived by, his wife, Jo Russell, of Central Square; two sons, Dean Russell, of Parish and Frank D. Russell, Jr. of West Monroe; his daughter, Kelly Lynn Hendricks, of FL; along with 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2018 from the Harter Funeral Home, 2983 W. Main Street, Parish NY. Friends and family are invited to call from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
