Francis S. Garrison, 72, of Fulton, NY; died Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the Oswego Hospital, Oswego,NY. He was born in Syracuse, NY; son of the late Lee and Suzanne LeFlesh Garrison. He was an Army Veteran, serving from 1969 - 1971. He was a Plant Supervisor for Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Phoenix, NY.

Francis is survived by, his wife, Patricia Cavanaugh Garrison; two daughters, Suzanne Crandall and Tricia Earl; and 8 grandchildren, Gabrielle, Riley, Landon, Owen, Brayden, Brielle, Alainnah, and Ainslee.

Funeral services will be at the convenience of Francis' family. Interment will be in the Pennellville Cemetery. Arrangements in care of the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Mexico, NY.
