Frances Lucille Dana passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on April 29, 2023 at the age of 77.

Frances is pre-deceased by her parents, Richard Sr. and Lena Preeman; her brother, Richard Preeman, Jr.; her sister, Donna Wood; granddaughter, Cristi Ann McCarthy; and her great-granddaughter, Chloe Bertrand.

Frances is survived by, her brother, George (Ethel) Preeman, of Mexico, NY; her daughters, Karen Ladd of Mexico, NY; Sharon Ladd of Palermo, NY, Judy Wilbur (William Sr.) of Mexico, NY, Kathy Geddes (Edward) of Mexico, NY and Kelly Bailey, of Mexico, NY; along with 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Frances loved her family and enjoyed working with children. She enjoyed teaching Sunday School, running Vacation Bible School and creating and directing plays and pageants for children of all ages. She touched many lives and will be dearly missed.

Funeral Services will be celebrated at 3 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Relatives and Friends are invited to call from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
