I just saw this. Glad I did. What an amazing lady she was. I loved listening to her stories of old about Oklahoma, while we puttered at her sewing machine. She loved to quilt. She had this wonderful box of fat quarter fabric and we found a way to use almost all of them up on pretty little quilts. I planted a chestnut tree on my land that we dug up out by the road. What a beautiful smile she had and she still spoke with a bit of accent from her beginnings in Oklahoma. She was a hoot and made me laugh a lot. Thank you for the privilege of knowing you my dear friend. I loved you.

Elizabeth was such a kind, loving, and sweet person. She loved her family and enjoyed doing things for them that made her happy like sewing clothes and attending the grandchildren's ball games. So many fond memories of her and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time- Sue & Ted Link

Ohhh, this lady made such a huge impression on my young growing-up years. She was kind, understanding, loving & gave us Charlie Chips, because we never had them before. Elizabeth was the person that God would want us all to be like. It was an honor & a pleasure to have her pass through the lives of my family.
