Dear Lisa and Family Many many years of racing with Had at Brewerton,Fulton and Utica Rome. On the Outlaw Tracks. Only a few still left, they must have a he'll of a track up there. I mostly remember his antics and as ride to NJ to pickup horses. Back in July while at Utica Rome, I asked around to see if anyone had heard from Had or knew how he was doing. I wish I could have gotten a hold of him. It sure would have brought a smile to both of or faces. Had you are very much loved and are going to be greatly missed. May you RIP Had godspeed. Thank you for all the great memories. God bless Lisa and Family Love Bernie Johnson

Lisa and family, Had was a longtime friend. We met years ago at one of the race tracks, and he asked if I wanted to help push sprint cars and I was hooked from that day forward.Had always had his headset on, smiling, always gave a thumbs up and always thanked everyone for coming to the track to help.Even when he slowed down we’d talk on the phone about the racing at the various tracks. You could tell he still wanted to be there.Haddy will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Lisa and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Had was a great man. I remember I needed a battery and it was, of course when stores were closed, and my dad called yours and he went and got one for me. Also he said, stop in the store later to pay me, or when you have the money. Very trusting. Always a smile on his face when you saw him. He will be truly missed in the community of Mexico.

Don was a friend for many years. An above average bowler who was always willing to sub at the drop of a hat. Rest In Peace Don. Condolences to Lisa and the family.

To the family of Had, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I had the privilege and honor to be able to work with Had at 3 local racetracks over the years (Utica Rome Speedway, Can-Am Speedway, and Evans Mills Speedway). There was not a nicer man at the racetrack than Had. He would do anything for anybody. He was dedicated, reliable and trustworthy. He was the best push truck driver I had ever worked with. Whenever called upon, he was there. He also had the best brownies! I was able to share many great laughs with Had. May your soul Rest In Peace my friend!
