Deborah Mare Tooker (Reeve) was called home by the lord on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY at the age of 62, after a battle with lung cancer. She was born in Danbury, CT, on September 7, 1960 to Marion French Reeve and Harold Reeve Sr., both who pre-deceased her in death.

She was pre-deceased by her brother, Sidney (Sid) Waters and grandmother, Helen French.

She leaves behind her two daughters, Tammy Lyn Marks of Williamstown, NY and Cheyenne Tennor McLaughlin, of East Liverpool, OH; her boyfriend, James Helm and Xavier Lee Marks, her grandson that she raised; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; her siblings, Sonny Reeve, Sandra Waters, Mary Ann Waters and Karen Moore.

A celebration of Deborah’s life will be at a time to be announced. She will be laid to rest in Connecticut with her mother in the spring. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Parish, NY.
