David was an asset to the city of Oswego for all his efforts working for OCC. I worked at a local bank with him on several business relationships and he helped open several business with his efforts. A good man gone to soon. RIP

My deepest sympathy to Dave's family and friends. Two words come to mind as I think of Dave. They are service and dedication Some where in the region of 50 years, Dave was a NYS Hunter Education Instructor in Oswego County. Most of that time he was a Master Instructor. Master Instructor means he taught and guided other instructors. Over those many years he taught and qualified Instructors that number in the hundreds. That means that had an impact on thousands of hunters that those instructors taught. Well done my friend.
