Cynthia Ann Babcock, 72, of Mexico, NY; passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She was born on June 16, 1949 in Oswego, NY; daughter of the late Kenneth and Evelyn Weaver Morton.

She was a mother and a homemaker. She worked in the Parts and Service Department at Sears. She enjoyed spending her time reading and traveling.

Cynthia is survived by, her husband of 30 years, Donald Babcock; her daughter, Julie Collins; two sons, Brian Washer and Robert Washer III; nine grandchildren; a brother, Richard Morton and a sister, Deborah Lockwood.

Funeral Services will be celebrated at 6 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY. Spring Interment will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in Mexico Village Cemetery. Relatives and Friends are invited to call from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
