Charles J. House, 71, of Parish, NY; died on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at the Oswego Hospital. He was born in Parish, NY; son of the late Conrad and Nellie Smith House. He was a farmer and a logger. He was employed by the Town of Mexico Highway Department.

He was pre-deceased by, his wife, Shirley; brother, Lawrence House and sister, Sarah Clement.

Charles is survived by, his sister, Emma McConnell; his nieces and nephews Lynn Ann McMillen, Janet (John) Fogarty, Gary (Deborah) McConnell and Cynthia (Michael) Wade; along with several great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2020 from the New Haven Congregational Church, followed by a luncheon. Arrangements are in the care of the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Mexico, NY.
