Bruce E. Armstrong, 57, of Carley Mills, NY; passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He was born on August 9, 1965 in Fulton, NY; to the late George and Mary Dunbar Armstrong and brother to the late Kenneth D. Armstrong and Dale M. Armstrong.

Bruce is survived by his sisters, Lorraine A. (Peter Doran) LaSalle, Elaine A. (Allen W.) Steere, Suzanne (Charles) Fortier and their extensive families; sister-in-law, Jeanne Armstrong; his step mother, Bertha Cox Armstrong; along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Bruce was loyal to his family and friends. He loved them and his music. Bruce never met a stranger.

Funeral Services will be celebrated at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2023 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Relatives and Friends are invited to call from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home, prior to the service.
