Brittany Marie Sturm, 31, would like us to know her work here on earth is done. She received a call, an offer she couldn't refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign on bonus; a reunion with family and friends that have not been seen for a long time, and a promotion to Guardian Angel for her two daughters, Jordynlynn and Olivia.

Brittany was born in Oswego, NY on July 16, 1990. She became a traveling military child at age 10, living in Hawaii, Texas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Arizona. She graduated high school in Wisconsin, married a soldier and became a mom, gifting the world with two amazing blonde beauties who possess promise for a bright future. She was working as a Certified Dental Assistant at the time of her passing on Oct 13, 2021.

Brittany is survived by her two angelic daughters, Jordynlynn and Olivia Sturm, loving parents Michelle and Daniel Walton and Richard and Julie Maynes, gracious grandparents David and Barbara Walton, Sandra Harrington, Wanda (Chris) Hirschey, and Linda Lyons, as well as several siblings: Darrell, Shelby, Dana, Robert, Jessica, Zachary, and Noah. Grandfathers: Grandpa Skip (Bruce Maynes) and Papa Dennis (Dennis Lyons) predeceased Brittany and will be taking care of her hence forth.

Brit will be remembered first and foremost every time we see her children smile. We will never forget her contagious laugh, out of this world sense of humor, and the cutest button nose one ever did see. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. If you were lucky enough to be present when she gazed into her children's faces, the pure joy radiating from her would blind you. Brittany wanted nothing more for Jordynlynn and Olivia than to have a wonderful life. She may not realize that she has strengthened the family unit in her departure, leaving behind a valuable lesson for us all to learn from and live by.

Funeral and burial services will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Oswego NY on October 23, 2021 at 11:00am. Arrangements in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico, NY.
