Beya Pierce, 73, died on April 29, 2022 at Upstate University Hospital, Syracuse, NY.

Born and raised in Tunisia, Beya moved to the United States as an adult and loved her adopted homeland.

Beya was predeceased by her partner of 30 years, Shawn Hemingway. Beya is survived by her loyal companion, her beloved Golden Retriever, Doma.

Special mention must be made of the care and compassion provided by the ICU staff at Upstate University Hospital. Heartfelt appreciation is also extended for the loyalty of friend Eddy Cook.

No funeral or memorial services are planned. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Mexico, NY.
