Arthur Scott King III, 63, of Parish, NY; died on Friday, October 11, 2019 at the Francis House. Arthur was born in Bradford, PA, son of the late Arthur Scott King, Jr. and Rosemary Lloyd King. He served in the United States Army; and was an Operation Manager for Interstate Door of Syracuse, NY. He was a member of the American Legion.

Arthur is survived by, his wife, Kimberly Horning Scott; three step-children, Jillian Skellington, of SC, Whitney Skellington, of Williamstown, NY and Tyler Skellington, of Parish, NY; his sister, Debra (Robert J.) Smith, of Ogdensburg, NY; and his nephew, Mark (Jenny) St. Hilaire, of Churchville, NY.

A Celebration of the Life of Arthur will be held at a time to be announced in the Spring of 2020 at the American Legion Russell Horning Post, Parish, NY.
