Ann Kirk, 77, of Oswego passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 after a short illness.

Ann was born June 8, 1941 in Morris, Illinois. She moved to New York with her family as a child. Ann grew up and attended schools in Mexico and later moved to Oswego.

Ann worked for 52 years in the New York State court systems. She also volunteered for Harborfest where she served on the board of directors. She also worked many years for the board of elections.

Ann is survived by a daughter, Deborah Buske; a sister, Jane Hollister; and two cousins, Marianne Brooks and Nancy Williams. She also leaves behind three nephews; Jerry (Nancy), Dana (Tammie) and Marty (Kathy) Hollister and a niece, Karen (Todd) Crouse. Ann is survived by many great nieces and nephews; Laura Iyampillai, Cali Eddy, Chad Crouse, Amber Skotnicki, Collin Crouse, Lindsay Price, Samantha Hollister and Megan Hollister.

Ann was predeceased by her parents, an aunt, Helen Martens and her brother in law, John Hollister.

Funeral Services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2019 from the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico NY. Interment will be in the Mexico Village Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to call from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the funeral home, prior to the service.
